Our Lady of Sorrows Mother’s Day Out Program cares for children from 8 weeks through 4 years old. The goal of our program is to provide for the mental, social, physical, emotional and spiritual development of every child enrolled. Our program gives children loving care and guidance that little ones need during these very important formative years.
Our program is available four days a week Monday through Thursday from 9:15 a.m. until 1:15 p.m. with extended care available as early as 8:15 a.m. and through 3:00 p.m. most days. We also offer a summer program four days a week Monday through Thursday from 9:15 a.m. until 1:15 p.m. with extended care available through 2:15 p.m.OUR LADY OF SORROWS MOTHER’S DAY OUT
FALL SCHOOL YEAR - FEE POLICY AND SCHEDULEThe Our Lady of Sorrows Mother’s Day Out is financed with fees paid by the children in the program. Tuition is due at the beginning of the month and is considered late after the 15th of the month. Payments received after the 15th of the month will be charged a late payment fee of $5.00. Tuition cannot be prorated. If your tuition is more than three months past due, your child will not be allowed to attend Mother’s Day Out until the tuition is paid. We will not guarantee your child’s place, if your tuition is not up to date. Tuition must be up to date in order to register for the next session. If you wish to drop a day or withdraw from the program, you must give one month’s written notice; otherwise, you will be responsible for the tuition.
REGISTRATION FEE……….$100.00 for the first child or $150.00 for the family
SUPPLY FEE……………….....$70.00 for 1 day a week $140.00 for 2 days a week
$210.00 for 3 days a week $280.00 for 4 days a week
(You may pay half in September and half in January.)
MONTHLY TUITION…. ...Infants through Young 1’s 18 Months, 2’s, 3’s and 4’s
$115.00 - 1 day a week $110.00 - 1 day a week
$230.00 - 2 days a week $220.00 – 2 days a week
$340.00 - 3 days a week $325.00 – 3 days a week
$450.00 - 4 days a week $430.00 – 4 days a week
The regular hours of the Mother’s Day Out are 9:15 to 1:15, which is what your monthly tuition covers. Extended Care is available for a fee of $5.25 an hour, (or any portion of the hour used) in addition to your monthly tuition. The Extended Care hours are:
Monday………..8:15 to 2:15
Tuesday………..8:15 to 3:00
Wednesday…….8:15 to 3:00
Thursday……….8:15 to 3:00
Leaving your child before 9:10 and pick-up after 1:20 will be charged the Extended Care fee. Any child not picked up by 2:15 on Monday and 3:00 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will be charged a late pick-up fee of $5.25 every five minutes.
